STAFF NOTICES

Emails from Zoho:

If you receive an email from "Zoho" advising you that you have a new account created, or an email address added to your account, this is legitimate and is because we are setting up single sign on to most of our helpdesks.

You do not need to take any action regarding this.

BYOD:

We have had to update a certificate on our system, which will require you to update it on any personal BYOD devices you use.
