Please ensure all your requests are logged on the relevant helpdesk, either on the portal or by email.  It helps us prioritise and track your issues, and unlike emails to individuals  and conversations they will not get forgotten!  For urgent problems, please also contact the relevant department by radio or visiting their office. 

All CYBER related incidents should be reported via the IT Helpdesk Portal, under CYBER Incident

​​For urgent classroom calls please also send someone to the IT helpdesk.

The portal lets you track your cases, as well as giving you the option to choose a priority etc.  We use the same system as the Data & Exams team & Reprographics.
